2. Refund Eligibility
3-Day Refund Window
If you have made a purchase (subscription or credits) and have not used any credits, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your purchase date.
2.1 Eligible for Refund
- Purchases made within the last 3 days
- Unused credits or subscriptions (no generation tasks performed)
- First-time refund requests for new users
- Technical issues preventing service access (verified by our team)
2.2 Not Eligible for Refund
- Any credits that have been used for generation tasks
- Purchases made more than 3 days ago
- Subscriptions after the initial billing cycle has ended
- Credits purchased at promotional or discounted rates
- Multiple refund requests from the same account
3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Request a Refund

- Include your account email and order/transaction ID
- Provide a reason for your refund request
- Submit your request within 3 days of purchase
3.2 Processing Time
We will process your refund request within 1-2 business days after receiving your request. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other payment methods: Up to 14 business days
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made to your account
- Unused credits from your subscription will expire at the end of the billing period
- Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Service Interruptions
If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours), affected users may be eligible for:
- Pro-rated refunds for the downtime period
- Additional credits as compensation
- Extension of subscription period
5.2 Quality Issues
If you experience consistent quality issues with our AI generation that our support team cannot resolve, we may offer:
- Replacement credits for failed generations
- Partial refunds on a case-by-case basis
- Alternative solutions or workarounds
6. Important Notes
- Once credits have been used for any generation task, they become non-refundable
- Free trial credits and bonus credits are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Currency conversion fees imposed by payment providers are non-refundable

If you disagree with our refund decision:
- Contact our support team to request a review
- Provide additional information supporting your claim
- Allow up to 5 business days for our review process
- If still unsatisfied, you may pursue dispute resolution through your payment provider
